This new policy guidance clarifies that for reasons of privacy, security and fraud prevention, the Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Students”, must be issued directly by SEVP-certified schools to non-immigrant students, their dependants or, for minors, their parent or guardian.</description><lastBuildDate>Mon, 02 Mar 2020 11:45:26 GMT</lastBuildDate><generator>Your RSS Generator name and version</generator></channel></rss>
