The Hanoi, HCMC and Haiphong fairs are scheduled from 3-7 p.m. (GMT +7), while those in Nha Trang and Danang will be held from 4-8 p.m. (GMT +7). All fairs are held in four- and five-star hotels that are familiar to students and parents.

Other Discounts:

+ Early bird: 5%, if you register by December 20, 2020.

+ Capstone partner (5%): If you’re not already a partner and are interested in becoming one, please let us know and our partner relations manager will contact you.

Important Dates

Priority Registration Deadline: December 20, 2020. An early bird discount of 5% will be applied to your invoice, if payment is received by January 5, 2021.

Final Registration Deadline: February 12, 2021

Payment Deadline: February 27, 2021

Cancellation Policy:

+ 50 days + before the first fair: 70% refund

+ 30-49 days before the first fair: 50% refund

+ 0-29 days before the first fair: No refund

+ If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, Capstone Vietnam will invoice schools based on this refund policy. By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Note: Institutions may be represented by faculty, staff, or alumni, by a faculty member temporarily residing in Vietnam on a research or teaching assignment, or by bona-fide local alumni with authorization from the university. No third party recruiters may participate. Each institution may have up to 2 representatives at each table. If no representative is indicated below, the contact person of this registration will be tentatively identified as the representative of your institution for the fair sites that you have selected.
