Multi-city: Three (3) cities: $4,850 USD; Four (4) cities: $6,100

The Haiphong and Danang fair is scheduled from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., the Hanoi fair is scheduled from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., and the HCMC fair from 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. (GMT +7). All fairs are held in four- and five-star hotels that are well-known to students and parents.

Priority Registration Deadline: November 8, 2024. An early bird discount of 5% will be applied to your invoice, if payment is received by November 15, 2024.
Final Registration Deadline: February 2, 2025
Payment Deadline: February 10, 2025

Cancellation Policy:

50 days + before the first fair: 70% refund.
30-49 days before the first fair: 50% refund
0-29 days before the first fair: No refund
If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, Capstone Vietnam will invoice schools based on this refund policy. By submitting this

Note: Institutions may be represented by faculty, staff, or alumni, by a faculty member temporarily residing in Vietnam on a research or teaching assignment, or by bona-fide local alumni with authorization from the university.
