Q1. Who is eligible to participate in the StudyGlobal Virtual Education Fair?
The fair is open to officially approved secondary schools and accredited postsecondary institutions. U.S. institutions must be regionally accredited.
Q2. What is the format of the Virtual Education Fair?
This is a fully online education fair. Institutions may participate through live online interaction with students and parents or via a literature-only option managed by Capstone.
Q3. What are the key benefits of participating in this fair?
Participating institutions gain direct access to serious Vietnamese students and parents, increase brand visibility through Capstone’s pre-event marketing, receive student leads, and benefit from post-fair follow-up conducted by Capstone’s advising team.
Q4. What type of students and parents will attend?
The fair attracts motivated Vietnamese students and parents who are actively exploring overseas study options, including both near-term applicants and students planning for future intakes.
Q5. How does Capstone promote the Virtual Education Fair?
Capstone invests heavily in pre-event marketing through its nationwide school network, digital marketing campaigns, social media, email outreach, and its student volunteer network. Additional fee-based digital marketing opportunities are available for institutions seeking increased visibility.
Q6. What is included in the participation fee?
The participation fee covers your virtual presence at the fair, inclusion in pre-event marketing, support from trained student volunteers, access to qualified student leads, and post-fair follow-up by Capstone’s advising team. Literature-only participation is available at a reduced fee.
Q7. Are there any discounts or early registration benefits?
Yes. Discounts include:
Early bird discount for registrations completed by January 25, 2026 (5%)
Capstone partner discount (5%)
Additional discount for institutions also registering for the Fall 2026 StudyGlobal Education Fairs (10%)

Q8. How do institutions register and make payment?
Registration is completed online via the official registration link. After registration, Capstone Vietnam will issue an invoice with instructions for international wire transfer or other payment methods. Payment confirmation should be sent to [email protected].
Q9. What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are based on the date of cancellation relative to the fair date:
50 days or more: 70% refund
30–49 days: 50% refund
0–29 days: No refund
By submitting the registration form, institutions acknowledge and accept these terms.
