Important Dates

• Priority Registration Deadline: January 25, 2026. An early bird discount of 5% will be applied to your invoice, if payment is received by February 10, 2026.
• Final Registration Deadline: April 5, 2026
• Payment Deadline: April 8, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

• 50 days + before the fair: 70% refund.
• 30-49 days before the fair: 50% refund
• 0-29 days before the fair: No refund
• If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, Capstone will invoice schools based on this refund policy. By submitting this registration

REPRESENTATIVES

Please indicate who will represent your institution at the fair(s). Note: Institutions may be represented by faculty, staff, or alumni, by a faculty member temporarily residing in Vietnam on a research or teaching assignment, or by bona-fide local alumni with authorization from your institution. No third party recruiters may participate. If no representative is indicated below, the contact person of this registration will be tentatively identified as the representative of your institution for the fair sites that you have selected.
