Four ways to connect online with Vietnamese students and parents.
Digital events give you several ways to reach families without traveling. After each event you receive the contact details of the students who attended and of those who registered but could not join. Most of the fee goes toward marketing the event.
Choose your format
Digital one-on-one matchmaking
Speak with a selected group of students who are interested in your institution, one conversation at a time, by appointment. A Capstone adviser facilitates each conversation and follows up afterward.
Hybrid digital information session
Parents and students learn about your institution through online chat. Families in Hanoi and/or Ho Chi Minh City can be invited to Capstone’s offices, where drinks and snacks are served. Each session covers one topic and includes you, Capstone staff and, if possible, a current student or alumnus.
Boutique virtual education fair
An online version of a boutique fair. Limiting the number of institutions keeps the event manageable and high quality. The focus depends on who registers, for example institution type or location. Fairs are usually held on Saturday or Sunday mornings Vietnam time and are organized on demand.
Live from Viet Nam, It’s Capstone!
Periodic webinars that keep colleagues who recruit in Vietnam informed about issues of interest and concern. Presented by Dr. Mark Ashwill, Capstone’s managing director, and staff, sometimes with guest speakers. Attendees can ask questions.
